was added on. Joshua tipped 17% on the amount after the sales tax was added. The
total cost of the meal plus tip and tax was more than the cost of the bill by what

20.67 increase 17% =

20.67 × (1 + 17%) = 20.67 × (1 + 0.17) = 24.1839
