2 3/4, because
.75 is like 25 50 75 100 75 is third which makes it the third out of the fourth and before the decimal is 2 which is a whole number so that makes it just two and your 3/4 = 2 and 3/4

2.75=2 3/4 because you would say 2.75 as two and seventy-five hundredths. Seventy-five hundredths is just like 3 quarters out of 4 because 1 quarter=25. 2=50. 3=75. So, 2.75 as a fraction in simplest form is 2
3/4.
