Do you add them both together or multiply or do u put an equal sign between them? 

what is the sum of 
`(-x+7)/(2x+4)` and
`(2x+5)/(2x+4)`

`(-x+7)/(2x+4) + (2x+5)/(2x+4)=(x+12)/(2x+4)`

Answer 2

`(-x+7)/(2x+4)+(2x+5)/(2x+4) =(-x+7+2x+5)/(2x+4)=( x+12)/(2x+4)`
