Trial 5

Temperature 10ºC, O₂= 15%, pH= 9, SAC 15%

Trial 11

Temperature 15ºC, O₂= 15%, pH= 9, SAC 9%

As you can see, for trial 5 the SAC was 15%, but for trial 11 the SAC was 9%, which means that the surface area coverage of bacteria P decreases when the incubation temperature increases.
