Actually it's everything except E. Pili

I know this is correct. I did my worksheet and got 100%

The correct answer here is e - out of the answers listed the only structure which is not found within a eukaryotic cell would be pili. Pili refers to the 'hairs' found on many forms of bacteria, which are needed in order to attach to other cells.
