x--------> Dividend

y-------> Divisor

Q-------> Quotient

we know that

(x)/(y) = Q

solve for x

x=Q*y

40 < Q < 50

Examples

example 1

$Q=45\\ y=4$

Find the value of x

$x=45*4\\ x=180$

A division problem is equal to

$(x)/(y) =(180)/(4) \\\\ = 45$

Find the value of x
