EQUATION OF A LINE IS y = mx + c

When lines are perpendicular, the values in front of the x multiply to -1

-5/6 * ? = -1
-1/-(5/6) = 6/5

so far we have: y = 6/5x + c

From the coordinates x = 10, y = 15
Substitute these into equation

15 = (6/5 * 10) + c
15 = 12 + c
3 = c

ANSWER IS y = 6/5x + 3
