So that more men can be soldiers to fight in World War I, by getting women labors in the war plants, there is a opportunity to get more men and therefore giving a increase in the military power.

Winning the war and supplying the men who were on the battlefields with proper equipment. While men were commonly on the battlefields in the trenches, in the country mostly women and children as well as elderly people stayed. All of them ensured that the soldiers could be steadily supplied.
