The people of Indus Valley did a very sophisticated planning of the city. The Mesopotamian cities were not well planned and had

buildings jumbled here and there. The streets were like a maze.


Buildings of the Indus valley were built of oven baked bricks and the major buildings were in the citadel. Engineers also constructed a proper drainage system.
