we know that

If the distance from a converging lens to the object is less than the focal length of the lens,

then

the object is located at a location in front of the focal point

see the attached figure to better understand the problem

So

The image will always be located somewhere on the same side of the lens as the object. For such a position, the image is magnified (the image dimensions are greater than the object dimensions) and upright (if the object is right side up, then the image will also be right side up), thus allowing for easier viewing and produce a virtual image

therefore

the answer is

The image will be Virtual, upright, and larger than the object
