European migration patterns show a dispersion throughout the world. African migration patterns show concentrated numbers migrating to Europe and the Americas. How could you use history to propose a possible connection between these two

Answer:

Europeans migrated throughout the world, possibly as far back as the time of discovery. Since Europe financed voyages to discover new lands, many Europeans later followed on the heels of these discoverers to settle new territories throughout the world. Work began to accumulate as new lands and colonies were settled, causing Africans to be enslaved, taken abroad, and used as servants by Europeans and Americans.

History was a driving force behind such migration, since humans tended to move to new territory when they lacked food, shelter, or other resources--meaning that most of the conflicts throughout history have been driven by the same forces that drove migration out of Africa.
