Traditional Hinduism has two main Dharmas that one can follow: 'Grihasta Dharma' or the domestic way and 'Sanyasa Dhrama' or the ascetic or monastic way.
The domestic path has four goals: 'Kama' or sense gratification, 'Artha' or wealth and prosperity, 'Dhrama' or the laws of life and 'Moksha' or liberation.
The ascetic way has the 'Moksha' as the supreme goal. That is, the release of the soul from the wheel or cycle of reincarnations.
