Change 10% into a fraction. So, you move the decimal point two spaces to the left. 10% = 0.10 or 0.1 Now, you multiply that by 1200. 1200 * 0.1 = 120 Discount = $120 Coast after subtracting discount = $1,080 Hope this helps!
