Were these answers right? It not explain why please xx it's meant to be in12 hour clock

The answers are both correct, but perhaps incomplete.

I see 'X's marked next to the two answers. If those mean that
your answers were marked 'wrong', then I think the problem is this:

-- The top one should have been "10:00 AM".

-- The bottom one should have been "10:39 PM".
