Assuming that your numbers are 6y3 means 6y³
first step we will eliminate the first parenthesis and change the sign of the numbers in the second parenthesis, because we have the minus in front of it
second step-we combine like terms

6y³+17y-3 -4y³+11y-9=2y³+28y+6
