do you think the United States should trade with countries that have a poor human rights record? Why or Why not?

yes because they don't have the same exact rights as we have for an example in Columbia people are punish as slaves also in African

Answer:

No I don't since the US has historically tried to impose their moral compass on the world and dealing with authoritarian governments really wouldn't help a lot. Most of the countries are not democratic countries nor have the same type of values and culture as the US. The western Judeo-Christian culture is only found in north and south America, about 2/3 of Europe and Australia (also NZ).

The rest of the world lives very differently than us, and the differences are huge. Democracies are not very common on the rest of the world, but the US has always tried to persuade other countries to at least respect human rights.
