The US Supreme Court case of Griswold versus Connecticut had a big affect on the rights as well as life of a women. The US Supreme court via its decision negated "Comstock Law" which prevented the use of any kind of contraceptives inthe form of drugs or any other method. The US Supreme Court ruled that this was a direct infringement on the privacy of a person that was protected by the constitution. This was a big judgement that prevented the women from getting pregnant without her own consent. The women could live far more freely after this huge judgement by the Supreme Court.
