13.5 kilograms 9k=20p means 4.5k=10p its like a fraction you can multiply and divide both sides and it is equal. 4.5x3 and 10x3 are 13.5 and 30

1:2.2 wherein 1 kilo is equivalent to 2.2 lbs

if:
20 lbs / 2.2 = 9.09 kls

then:
30 lbs / 2.2 = 13.63 kls.

The dogs weight in kilograms is 13.63.
