New scientific models are developed D. in order to reflect the most recent discoveries.

In our world, change is the only constant variable. Scientic ideas developed in the past may now be considered untrue or lacking in substance. Thus, new scientific models are developed based on new information gathered from recent discoveries. These discoveries may support previous scientific ideas or produce new sets of scientific ideas.
