Momentum is the product of the mass and velocity of an object.

M = m x v
M = kg * m/s

Given:
Velocity = 40 km / hr
Mass = 480 kg

Conversion:
1km = 1000m
1hr = 3600s

40 km/ hr x 1000m/1km = 40000m/hr
40000m/hr x 1hr/3600s = 11.11m/s

Hence velocity is 11.11m/s

Solution:
1. M = m x v
2. M = 480 kg x 11.11m/s
3. M = 5332.8 Ns
