Easy peasy..................C.water An easy way to know this is looking at a Nutrition Facts in food. It will include carbohydrates, fats, and vitamins. It doesn't need the water in the Nutrition Facts. Hope this helped!!!!

water is not required to be posted because it only does good for the body and doesnt affect anything
