First divide each sude by 5. So (5x6) /5=30/5
5x6=30
30/5=6
=6x6=36
Or you could do
5x6=30+6=36
Hope this helps

Ok, so you know that the answer of 5 times 6 is just the number of times you add 6 together, which is 5 times. If you wanted to know the answe, or product, of 6 times 6, using the previous multiplication, 5 times 6, you would just add 6, to get 36.
