No solution:

2(h+3)=2(h+5)

This has no solution because:

\begin{gathered} 2h+6=2h+10 \\ 6=10 \\ This_{\text{ }}is_{\text{ }}false \end{gathered}

------------------------------------------

b.

One solution:

2h+5=h+3

Solve for h:

\begin{gathered} 2h-h=3-5 \\ h=-2 \end{gathered}

----------------------------------------

Infinitely many solutions:

\begin{gathered} 2h-12=2h-12 \\ 0=0 \\ So\colon \\ It_{\text{ }}has_{\text{ }}infinitely_{\text{ }}many_{\text{ }}solutions \end{gathered}
