When you have a fraction like this, just know that the denominator does not matter. The numerator does because 0/any number = 0.
There are many ways to solve this:
Distribute

(3n-57)/(5) =0

(3n-57)/(5) *5=0*5 << the 5/5=1

3n-57=0 << add 57 to both sides

3n=57

(3n)/(3) = (57)/(3) << divide 3 on both sides
57/3=19
OR
Pretend that n-19 = a

(3a)/(5) =0
Multiply 5 on both sides, so you get 3a=0. Then, you divide 3 on both sides.
a=0.
DO NOT FORGET, n-19 = a.
So, n-19=0.
Isolate n by adding 19 to both sides, and
n=19.
