0.07x=14

(0.07x)/(0.07)=(14)/(0.07)

x=200

Let the missing constant be x.

14 = 7% of x.

14 = 7/100 x

7x = 1400

x = 1400/7 = 200
x = 200.

Thus, there are 200 pennies in a pile.
