Two lines are parallel when they never intersect, this means that their slope is equal.

To lines are perpendicular when they intersect at an angle of 90 degrees. This means that their slope are the oposite of the reciprocal.

With this in mind let's choose each option belongs to each kind of line.

Never intersect -> parallel

Intersect at an angle of 90 degrees -> perpendicular

Have the same slope -> parallel

Have a slope oposite reciprocal -> perpendicular

m=3 and m1= -1/3 -> perpendicular

m=3 and m1 = 3 -> parallel
