=>
3x-2+2=13+2

=>
3x+0=15

=>
3x=15

=>
(3)/(3)x= (15)/(3)

=>
x = (5)/(1) or
5

or, (do side changing)


3x-2=13

=>
3x=13+2

=>
3x=15

=>
x= (15)/(3)

=>
x= (5)/(1) or
5
