y= (1)/(2)x^2 - 4 \\ \\y=0 \\ \\ (1)/(2)x^2 - 4 =0\ \ / *2\\ \\x^2-8 =0 \\ \\(x-√(8))(x+√(8))=0 \\ \\ x-√(4 \cdot 2)=0 \ \ or \ \ x+√(4 \cdot 2)=0 \\ \\ x-2√( 2)=0 \ \ or \ \ x+2√( 2)=0 \\ \\ x=2√( 2) \ \ or \ \ x=-2√( 2)
