We have to find angular velocity, tangential velocity and centripetal acceleration.

The radius of the wheel will be


\begin{gathered} r\text{ =}(d)/(2) \\ =(35)/(2) \\ =17.5\text{ m} \end{gathered}

The tangential velocity is


\begin{gathered} v=(2\pi r)/(t) \\ =(2*3.14*17.5)/(2*60+20) \\ =0.785\text{ m/s} \end{gathered}

The angular velocity will be


\begin{gathered} \omega=(v)/(r) \\ =(0.785)/(17.5) \\ =0.044\text{ rad/s} \end{gathered}

The centripetal acceleration is


\begin{gathered} a_c=(v^2)/(r) \\ =((0.785)^2)/(17.5) \\ =0.035m/s^2 \end{gathered}
