To find this, we would divide 60 by 15 because there is 60 minutes in an hour and we're trying to find how much of 16 km he can run in 15 minutes. When we divide 60 by 15 we get 4. Now we divide 16 by 4 to get 4. So he can run 4 km in 15 minutes.
