I believe the answer is A. The word "Winter" in this sentence does not need to be capitalized.

A) This sentence is wrong. "Winter" should not be capitalized unless it was a headline, beginning of a sentence, etc.

B) This sentence is correct. Nashville is capitalized correctly because it is a state.

C) This sentence is correct. They capitalized a title of a book and also a person's name correctly.

D) This sentence is correct. They capitalized the names of deserts which is correctly used.

Answer: A
