The answer will be 14.
In order to get that answer you must add 2 twice (2+2) and 5 twice (5+5). Once you do that you add 4 and 10 which will give you 14.

you have to do 2 + 2 and 5 + 5 to get the answer. 2+2+5+5 = 14. the perimeter is 14 miles long
