7 tenths means 0.7
we want 9 times as much as 7 tenths. This means that we will multiply the 7 tenths by 9 to get the answer.
This will give us the following result:
0.7 x 9 = 6.3
Therefore: 9 times as much as 7 tenths is
6.3
