$all\ :\ 0,\ 1,\ 2,\ 3,\ 4,\ 5,\ 6,\ 7,\ 8,\ 9,\ 10\ \ \rightarrow\ \ eleven\ numbers\\\\divisible\ by\ 3\ :\ \ 0,\ 3,\ 6,\ 9\ \ \rightarrow\ \ four\ numbers\\\\|\Omega|=11\ \ \ and\ \ \ |A|=4\ \ \ \Rightarrow\ \ \ P(A)= (4)/(11)$
