Replace x and y in the transformation for the corresponding values of the first and second entries of the points d and e:

(x,y)\rightarrow(x-3,y-4)

Then:

\begin{gathered} d(6,-3)\rightarrow d^(\prime)(6-3,-3-4)=d^(\prime)(3,-7) \\ e(8,-2)\rightarrow e^(\prime)(8-3,-2-4)=e^(\prime)(5,-6) \end{gathered}

Therefore, the coordinates after the transformation are: d'(3,-7) and e'(5,-6).
