(3k+7)(3k-3) is the answer. Subtract 27k from each side to get 6k2-27k+21, and then factor through

$6k^2+21=27k\\\\ 6k^2-27k+21=0\ \\\\3(2k^2-9k+7)=0\\\\3(2k^2-2k-7k+7)=0\\\\3[2k(k-1)-7(k-1)]=0\\\\3(k-1)(2k-7)=0\ \ \ \Leftrightarrow\ \ \ k=1\ \ \ or\ \ \ k=3.5$
