what is the period of the function y=1/2sec θ and please explain how you found your answer.

I'm not too sure of what the secant looks like on a graph, but I know that
the secant is (1 / the cosine), and I'm very familiar with the cosine.

The period of the cosine is 360 degrees, or 2π radians, so that's the period
of the secant.

That (1 / 2) in the equation only affects the amplitude, not the period.
