8 times 2 is 16 and 5 times 3 is 15 then add 16 plus 16=31

Answer:

$8 ×2 + $ 5× 3= $31

Explanation:

Number of adults in a family= 2 adults

Number of children in a family= 3 children

Admission cost per Adult= $ 8

Total admission cost for adults= $8 ×2

Admission cost per Child= $5

Total admission cost for children= $ 5× 3

Hence, the expression to calculate the total cost for admission= $8 ×2 + $ 5× 3

Hence, the expression to calculate the total cost for admission=$16+$15

The total cost for admission=#31

Hence, the correct answer is $ 31
