15*4= 60, meaning a full hour.
15 minutes = 2 blocks
15 minutes = 2 blocks
15 minutes = 2 blocks
15 minutes = 2 blocks
add them all up and u see in 60 minutes (an hour) Beth walked 8 blocks.
