It would be 75,000 if you round yhe three to the nearst place then it would a zero so everything brhind it would be zeros

No, it would be 75,000 because 75,367 is closer to 75,000 than it is to 76,000
If the hundreds digit of 75,367 was 5, then we would round up to 76,000. But since it isn't, we have to round down.
