P= 2L + 2W

9 x W = 2 ( 5 + W ) + 2W
9W= 10 +2W + 2W
9W= 10 + 4W
9W - 4W = 10
5W =10
5 5
W = 2

L= 5 + W
= 5 + 2
L= 7

P= 2L + 2W
P = 2 (7) + 2 (2)
= 14 + 4
P= 18
