The sun appears to move westward around the Earth
at the rate of 360° every 24 hours =
(360° / 24 hr) = 15° per hour.
Denver is (105°W - 75°W) = 30° west of Utica, so you'd expect
the sun to rise in Denver two hours after it rises in Utica.
