Associative\ property:a +(b+c)=(a+b)+c\\\\27+(3+41)=(27+3)+41=30+41=71\leftarrow\boxed{C}

The correct answer is A and C. In PEMDAS, parenthesis are the first things that need to be simplified. And the associative property states a (b + c) = (a + b) + c. And you can also add up the numbers in the answer choice to make sure :)
