I would create all new laws. You have to get stopped 3 times before you have to go to jail. Your fines would be 400$. When you would be in jail you would have to stay there for a week. No bailing out. You would have to stop domestic violence because a lot of kids suffer from that. I would also say everyone could have 6 dogs and 6 cats. No exotic animals because if they bite someone home insurance would not have to pay for the tragedy. I would say that pit bulls were ok as a pet, but it is up to your house insurance to decide if someone gets but if they would pay or not. You would have to have home and health insurance. For your home if it would get robbed, we would send the cops or see who did it. You also have to have some type of security system to catch criminals. If not, I don’t know if our police station would be able to catch the criminal. Hope this helps you!
