Yes, because two batches of dough equals 48 cookies. So she would need 3 batches, equaling to 72 cookies.

Answer:

it is reasonable to say that Brittany will need more than two batches of dough

Explanation:

Given:

one batch of dough makes 2 dozen of cookies

also,

1 dozen = 12 in numbers

thus,

2 dozen = 2 × 12 = 24 cookies

total number of students = 68

Now,

The total batch of dough required =
\frac{\textup{Total cookies required}}{\textup{Cookies made per batch of dough}}

=
\frac{\textup{68}}{\textup{24}}

= 2.83

Hence,

the number of dough required i.e 2.83 > 2

therefore,

it is reasonable to say that Brittany will need more than two batches of dough
