I am not too sure if this the ONLY famous waterfall in the Sierra Maestra, but one really famous waterfall there is called Cascada en Río Brazo de Buey. Cascada means actually waterfall so it means "waterfall on the river Brazo".

The answer is "Cascada en Rio Brazo ".

Sierra Maestra is a mountain go that runs westbound over the south of the old Oriente Province in southeast Cuba, rising suddenly from the drift. The Sierra Maestra itself is found chiefly in Santiago de Cuba Province and in Granma Province. The Sierra Maestra is the most noteworthy zone of Cuba. It is wealthy in minerals, particularly copper, manganese, chromium, and iron. At 1,974 m (6,476 ft), Pico Turquino is the range's most elevated point.

Cascada en Río Brazo famous waterfall in the Sierra Maestra. Cascada means actually waterfall so it means "waterfall on the river Brazo".
