Why do birds fly? And also how to get rid of scariness of birds?

Birds fly because they need to get their food source. You cannot get rid of the "scariness" because that's what the birds are used to and they have adapted to flying.

Well... Birds fly because that is their species I suppose.. I'm only 10 don't judge me
