Cybil will make more money in 3 hours. She will make $24 more than Jill.
Explaination:
Jill makes $25 a hour, so in 3 hours she will have 75. Cybil makes $33 a hour, so in 3 hours she will have $99.

Cybil would make more money, he would get $99 as Jill would only get $75. The difference of the two would be $24.
