the answer is c. multiply 5x + 50+ x= 6x, because 5x + 1x = 6x, 50 stays by itself

First,
expand. / Your problem should look like: 5x + 50 + x
Second,
gather like terms. / Your problem should look like: (5x + x) + 50
Third,
simplify. / Your problem should look like: 6x + 50
Answer:
