Ok so first you would do parentheses:
9-3=6
Then you have 7+2(6)
2(6) means 2*6 so thats next
2*6=12
Now you have 7+12 and that is 19
19 is your answer :)

7 + 2 × (9 - 3)
First,
simplify 9 - 3 to 6. / Your problem should look like: 7 + 2 × 6
Second,
simplify 2 × 6 to 12. / Your problem should look like: 7 + 12
Third,
simplify 7 + 12 to 19. / Your problem should look like: 19
